These terms govern purchases and salon bookings made through frenzyfollicles.com, operated by Trikhos International Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Orders

All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST. An order is confirmed when payment is captured; a tax invoice accompanies every dispatch.

Professional products

Products marked for professional use only are sold exclusively to verified salon accounts and must be applied by trained professionals.

Appointments

Bookings are requests until a salon confirms them. Salons set their own cancellation windows, shown at booking.

Liability

Patch-test any new product. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a professional.
